New Information Pack
We recently launched an online Information Pack to give you even more information when you need it. This Information Pack (iPack) will allow you:
- Access to resort information 9 days prior to your departure date - ready for you to view and print online.
- Resort contact details so you can call or email the team before you've even left home.
- Online information to help you plan your holiday - weather reports, resort maps, walking routes, ideas for days out and other general resort information.

In-resort service
During your Lakes & Mountains holiday, you'll be well looked after from start to finish. Your Thomson Representative will be there to help from your arrival to the time you head home.
With advice, local knowledge and a range of fantastic excursions to offer you, the team of Thomson Representatives will do their best to make your holiday with us complete.
NEW SMS service for 2010 - if you provide us with your mobile number when you make your booking, we'll send you an SMS message with a local number for keeping in touch should you need it during your stay.

Thomson walking escorts
Make the most of the mountains with the help of a walking escort. Join your walking escort for an introductory walk and get a feel for the area. Ask questions and get advice as you plan your own walks, get tips on the best places to stop for lunch and where to enjoy the most spectacular views.
