That's why we are delighted to have teamed up with our sister comapny Thomson Lakes & Mountains to provide you with the best in-resort service.  Thomson has a reputation of providing fantastic service with over 26 years of experience in creating the best Lakes & Mountains holidays. There will be a representative to greet you at the airport, and once in resort, they will be on hand, either personally or via telephone, with tips and advice on how to make the most of your holiday from day one. There is a 24 hour emergency contact number and although you may never need their services, it is comforting to know that there is always a friendly face to call on.
