Walking Guide

Mulhacen Heights £31
Starts from Capileira with a drive for an hour in to the national park. Walk an 8 mile round trip with a guide climbing over 700 metres. Includes a picnic at the top.

Alpujarran Adventure   £21

Starts from Capileira with a walk with a guide to Pitres and a picnic lunch. Return via a beautiful waterfall.

A taste of the Alpujarras  £31

A day for walkers and non-walkers. Drive from Capileira to Trevelez (famous for ham and the highest village in Spain). Spend 2 hours relaxing and then continuing by bus or walking the 5 miles to Juvilez to meet and drive together to the Sierra of Contaviea for lunch and a visit to this famous wine area. Drive back along the ridge for fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the Sierra Nevada.

These walks are available from Capileira and Bubion and with an additional supplement of £10 per person from Lanjaron.
