Cycling & Mountain bikingExploring the lake and riverside cycle paths is a delighful way to see the area. Alternatively head further afield up into the mountains for the thrill of mountain biking. Mountain and road bikes can be hired locally.
Golf
Many consider the golf courses in Bled amongst the most beautiful in Europe. Golfers can choose between two courses; the 18 hole King's Course (6339m, par 73) and the 9 hole Lake Course (3084m, par 36) 2km outside bled. Approx. €45 for 18 holes. Golf clubs are available to hire.

The unique 'Rikli’s' Days festival (end of July, 2010 date TBA) is well known for its fantastic display of thousands of candles floating on the lake.
