Biking

There is a great love of mountain biking in St. Anton, a sport which has grown tremendously in recent years. Bikes can be hired in the village and you will find over 60km of mountain bike trails in the area. Maps can be bought locally and there are also guidebooks with suggested routes. You can also hire a professional mountain bike guide - please contact the St. Anton Tourist Office for more information.
Each summer there is the Arlberger Bike Marathon in St. Anton, attracting people from all over the world. In 2007 this was held on 18/08/07 (dates for 2008 to be advised).

A top winter sports resort, St. Anton is also popular in summer, hosting a number of sporting events, as well as some great festivals! Dates for summer 2008 are not yet available but 2007 included:

Spa

St. Anton's fantastic leisure complex is located close to the village centre. ARLBERG-well.com has indoor and outdoor swimming pools (including children's areas), flumes and a waterfall. There is a sauna centre, with a number of different saunas and steam rooms, a fitness studio, tennis courts, and you can book a massage. Contained in and around a modern building (originally built for the World Alpine Skiing Championships in 2001), you can relax and enjoy the facilities whilst taking in the wonderful mountain views all around!
All Crystal customers have FREE entrance to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool with the FREE St. Anton Card.
Please note: Some indoor facilities are only open in bad weather.
