Biking
We are pleased to offer our Cycle Escort Service to customers staying in Söll. Our experienced Crystal reps will guide two half day cycle excursions each week, helping you to get to know the area whilst allowing you to enjoy the scenery. The tours will be at a leisurely pace with easy to moderate cycling so everyone is welcome!
Please note: Bike hire not included (half day hire approx. £7).

Walking Guide
Söll Tourist Office offer a FREE weekly programme of activities, including 3 guided walks with an English speaking guide. The programme is FREE to all visitors staying in Söll (local charge for public transport/lifts). It also includes an introduction to Nordic Walking - the increasingly popular activity which uses two walking poles.

Festivals
Söll and the surrounding towns and villages have some great festivals throughout the summer months. Here are some of the best in Söll for 2008:
21/06 Mid-Summer
- to celebrate mid-summer locals light bonfires high up on all the surrounding mountains. The Söll gondola will stay open late so you can go up the Hohe Salve to enjoy this amazing sight.
02/08 Village Festival
- the biggest festival of the summer! The village centre will be taken over with stalls selling local food and drink, and live bands playing music, to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike!
20/09 Almabtrieb
- the colourful festival when the cows are brought down from the high pastures ready for the winter. The farmers dress in traditional clothing and the cows wear impressive floral decorations. Quite a sight to see!
