Fieberbrunn Resort Guide

Resort Information
The typically Tirolean village of Fieberbrunn runs along a lovely valley surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. It is a great choice for walkers and families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday with lots to do. As well as the Aubad leisure centre, you can swim (or fish!) in the pretty mountain lake, Lauchensee. Other attractions are the animal park, crazy golf and cycling trails for all abilities, another great way to enjoy the amazing views.
Walking
Fieberbrunn is a walkers paradise! There are 3 mountain lifts in the area taking you up into the mountains and out to explore some of the 150km of walking trails for all abilities. There are also lots of mountain huts in which to enjoy traditional Austrian specialities along the way. A 7-day walker's pass is available locally from mid-June to mid-Oct costing €19, giving you unlimited use of the lifts (photo required).

Activities
Fieberbrunn is the perfect base for many outdoor activities including walking, biking and more adventurous sports!
Walking: There are 3 mountain lifts in the area taking you up into the mountains and out to explore some of the 150km of walking trails. A 7-day walker's pass is available locally from mid-June to mid-Oct costing €19, giving you unlimited use of the lifts (photo required).
Cycling: Take a break from walking and hire a bike to explore this beautiful area. For a gentle cycle ride follow the route along the valley or if you are feeling more energetic you can tackle the road up to Pillersee, where you can take a rewarding dip.

Swimming: There are plenty of opportunities for swimming as the Fieberbrunn area (Pillerseetal) boasts 3 bathing lakes, 2 indoor and 3 outdoor pools.
Golf: If you choose to hire a car, this is a superb base for enjoying some rounds of golf in stunning mountain settings. There are numerous excellent courses within 30 minutes drive, including Ellmau, Kitzbühel, Zell am See and Waidring.
Adventure sports: It is also possible to take part in canyoning, climbing, rafting and a high wire tree course. Contact the Tourist Office for more details.
