The Sojer apartments (pronounced 'Soyer') are located close to Ellmau's centre. The leisure facilities are situated on the top floor and afford panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The apartments are self-catering, with optional breakfast in-house or half board, with optional evening meals (6 nights) taken at the Club Hotel Alpenhof.

Type C apartments - sleep 2-4: Consist of one bedroom and one living room/bedroom with sofa beds (known locally as Type A).
Type E apartments - sleep 2-6: Consist of two bedrooms and one living room/bedroom with sofa beds (known locally as Type B).
Type E1 apartments - sleep 2-6: Consist of three bedrooms, a living room plus two balconies (known locally as Type C).
