All package holidays booked through us which include a flight are protected under the ATOL scheme, which is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority and guaranteed by the government. In effect, this means in the event of the collapse of an airline, the CAA will be responsible for refunding the cost of holiday or organising and covering the cost of return flights as appropriate.

Since 2003, Crystal Lakes has been awarded the CarbonNeutral brandmark for our head office in Kingston. This was achieved by measuring and subsequently reducing carbon emission across all areas of our business. We also work with the CarbonNeutral Company to enable our customers to offset the emissions that are produced as a result of their holiday.

We aim to make it easier when picking your accommodation by including a Crystal ratings guide. The Crystal ratings take into account the general standards of the destination, facilities, location and character of the accommodation. As well as the Crystal ratings, some of our accommodations are recommended using the following guide to make choosing that little bit easier.
